Here at Alford Squash Club we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of constantly upgraded facilities available for our members to use. Below is some information giving details on our facilities, showing just what it’s like to play Squash as a member of Alford Squash Club!

2 Squash Courts

Constructed by A. Wood and Sons of Alford to SRA standard. The court lights operate on a meter requiring £8.00 for 40 minutes of light to play, using £1 coins.

Changing and WC Facilities

The club features Male and Female toilets, as well as male and female changing rooms, each equipped with shower room, coat hangers, mirror and hair drier.

Large Viewing Balcony

Above the courts, up the stairs to the right of the entrance, there is a large balcony viewing area, where spectators and members can clearly view a match from above. This is particularly useful for climactic end of season League Matches and also for parents wishing to supervise young children while they play.

Renewal of Courts

During 2025 the courts were completely renewed, all the floors and walls of both courts to provide hugely improved playing experience and atmosphere.
